One stitch-accurate 3D sneaker, re-skinned for every custom design and dropped into its own world.
Challenge
KickLabs customizes Air Force 1s. Every colourway needed to feel like a drop — but shooting one-off customs in hero locations would mean a new shoot for every pair.
What we built
We built a stitch-accurate 3D twin of the AF1, re-skinned it for each design and staged every pair in its own world — still water, desert, night street, jungle — plus clean white-background renders for the store.
New designs became new content in days, from the same twin. That's the Product Twin model.
